Process Deviations
The Deviations module is used to document the temporary departure from standard practices and standard procedures. Use it to document temporary changes.
Regardless of how well developed and written your procedures and work instructions are, it is inevitable that you will, on occasion, be forced to deviate from those documented practices.
If the temporary departure can be justified, you can use the Deviations module to document the event.
Focus Your Improvement Efforts
- Use the QCBD Report screen to build custom queries of the your process deviation data. 'Slice and dice' the data in ways that are meaningful to you.
- Build trend performance graphs (run charts) and Pareto analysis charts to give focus to, and drive continuous improvement efforts.
- Analyze process deviations broken down by category, frequency and type.
- All reports can be sent as email and all data can be exported to Excel®.
- Use the DASHBOARD VIEW to access and respond to all open action items with just the click of the mouse.
